The GHCSS Has Concluded

The Global Health Clinical Seminar Series ran from 2007–2012 and was supported through PEPFAR, the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. It was produced by International Training & Education Center on HIV (I-TECH) with funding from Cooperative Agreement U91HA06801 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), in collaboration with CDC.

Elizabeth Mokoka, RN, PhD

Dr Elizabeth Mokoka RN, PhD is currently employed at I-TECH South Africa as a Curriculum Development Specialist. Her area of focus is education and training.  Her previous experience includes technical assistance to the Swaziland Nursing Council in strengthening the Nursing Regulatory framework, by reviewing the Scope of Practice and introducing nursing education and practice standards.  She also supported the Lesotho National Health Training Centre in the integration of HIV/AIDS education in pre-service curricula and worked in partnership with UCSF to develop a Nurse Case Management in HIV and AIDS curriculum for South Africa.
