The GHCSS Has Concluded
The Global Health Clinical Seminar Series ran from 2007–2012 and was supported through PEPFAR, the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. It was produced by International Training & Education Center on HIV (I-TECH) with funding from Cooperative Agreement U91HA06801 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), in collaboration with CDC.
Moses Sinkala, MD, MPH
Moses Sinkala, MD, MPH is the Medical Director of the HIV Nurse Practitioner Project. He is also Country Director of the Catholic Medical Mission Board (CMMB), Zambia branch, an adjunct Associate Professor of Epidemiology and Assistant Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA. Before joining CMMB in February 2007, he served for more than a decade in senior management positions within the Zambia Ministry of Health, including as District Director of Health for Lusaka, the populous district with the highest disease burden in Zambia, managing 27 public health centers with over 2 million patient visits per year. His work has covered many health priority areas including HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria, Environmental Health, and Maternal and Child Health.
